Can you install a building if we order it?
Yes we would love to do this. If you haven’t ordered the building yet, we may be able to help you get a better price by helping with the design or welding it together.
Do you do your own concrete work?
We do not but we work with several licensed contractors and can help schedule them. We are happy to use a concrete contractor that you prefer.
Can your pricing change after we accept an estimate?
The only way our price will change is if you add or subtract something from the building. There are never any unexpected fees or change orders.
Do you work outside Graham and Greenlee Counties?
We try to stay close to home but we do work outside these areas on occasion and are willing to travel for bigger jobs.
Do you offer financing?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not. You may be able to borrow against your home or vehicle equity.
What are the biggest and smallest jobs you do?
We have built carports as small as 12×20. We built an 18000 sq ft building in Queen Creek. Our average project is around 2000 sq ft but 1200-10000 sq ft projects are very common.
